Designer Elena Velez is at a crossroads.

As Velez presents a stunning new Spring/Summer collection at a high-energy runway show during Milwaukee’s Fashion Week, this fresh graduate from Parsons School of Design and Central St. Martins faces huge challenges in establishing her own line, even though she’s already caught the attention of fashion influencers of New York and London.

Featured in Teen Vogue and the New York Time’s The Cut, Velez knows the buzz will fade unless she can keep her creations coming, no small feat for this self-described “small town kid.”
